·	It sleeps up to five - four comfortably - and occupies one of the very best positions on the beach.

·	It enjoys lovely views towards the Quantock Hills and Wales from the small, fenced garden at the back.

·	Equally good views of the hills surrounding Dunster and Exmoor beyond  are enjoyed from the front deck, which is also gated and fenced.

·	There is a ‘village shop’ on site offering newspapers, ice creams and essential supplies, also a public ‘phone and post box.  These facilities are a short walk from Annie’s Hut.
