Lettings commence at 2.00pm on the day of arrival and end at 10.00 am on the day of departure.

The rental is inclusive of electricity, use of shower facilities, duvets & pillows. It does not include provision of toilet paper, soap, washing-up liquid, bed linen, tea towels, etc.

When booking, a deposit of £50 is payable. The balance being due 28 days before arrival. For bookings made 28 days or less before arrival, the full amount is payable on booking.On receipt of your booking and enclosed remittance we will send you confirmation of booking and the amount of the balance due and the date by which it is to be paid.If booking is made by telephone, the reservation is held for 7 days. If no confirmation in writing, together with a £50 deposit, is received during that period the booking will be cancelled.Any cancellations must be in writing. The deposit is then forfeited. However, if the Hut is re-let the balance will normally be refunded, less a charge for any additional expenses incurred. Most insurance companies offer cover for holidays, which we advise you to obtain.

Maximum party size must not exceed 5 persons and must comprise only members of a single family.  No pets are allowed.

The Hirer is responsible for and asked to take care of Annie’s Hut. At the end of your stay you are requested to leave the cooker, fridge, microwave oven, sink, basin, toilet and floors in the same clean condition in which they were found and ready for the next let.  A cleaner may be arranged at the end of your stay by prior agreement.

Damage or breakage in respect of furniture, equipment, china or glassware must be reported to the proprietor and by mutual agreement either replaced or paid for.

In the interest of strict fire regulations, no smoking is permitted.

We shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any personal injury or any loss or damage to any property whatsoever.
